摘要
中间站是铁路运输的重要组成部分,是车务系统安全管理的基础。科学地开展中间站管理工作是铁路改革创新不可或缺的部分。文中从中间站人员管理、企业文化和员工责任心方面提出了当前铁路中间站管理工作存在的欠缺;从思想教育不足、管理方式陈旧、遵章守纪欠缺三大方面剖析了中间站管理工作存在问题的原因;从转变职工思想、规范管理制度、丰富管理方式出发,探讨了管理方式向标准化管理、过程式管理、制度化管理、家园式管理、多点式管理、自省式管理、调研式管理和主动式管理转变的八种转变中间站管理方式的对策,在持续提升铁路企业竞争力上起到助推作用。
The intermediate station is an important part of railway transportation and the basis of the safety management of the vehicle system.Scientifically carrying out management of intermediate stations is an indispensable part of railway reform and innovation.This article puts forward the current deficiencies in the management of railway intermediate stations from the aspects of personnel management,corporate culture and employee responsibility in intermediate stations.Starting from the transformation of staff ideology,a standardized management system and the enrichment of management methods.Eight countermeasures to transform the management mode of intermediate stations are explored:standardized management,process management,institutional management,home management,multi-point management,self-reflection management,investigation management and active management,and it has played a role in continuously improving the competitiveness of railway enterprises.
