创新视角下共享经济与高校大型仪器设备管理平台的融合构建 被引量:4

The Construction of Sharing Economy and the Integration of Large-scale Instruments and Equipment Management Platforms in Universities from the Perspective of Innovation

摘要 共享经济的发展将产业的运作模式由单打独斗逐渐向协同分享转变,利用第三方平台对接线上线下资源,大大提升资源的利用效率。大型仪器设备作为科研与创新的基础保障与重要支持,构建开放共享平台以提高仪器设备的使用效率与专业水平,可达到节约与发展的双重效果。文中在创新视角下,研究共享经济与高校大型仪器设备管理平台的融合构建,分析共享经济模式的优势,通过对江苏省大型科学仪器设备共享服务平台建设的借鉴,对南京邮电大学在共享经济与大型仪器设备管理平台的融合构建情况进行了深入分析。研究结果显示:一直以来,南京邮电大学非常重视教学实践的创新能力,积极推动大型仪器设备共享平台的构建,并以此为基础探索高效运行的大型精密仪器设备的共享服务体系,为促进大型仪器设备资源的整合与优化、共享,进一步提高使用效益奠定了坚持的基础。 The development of the sharing economy has gradually transformed the operation mode of the industry from singles to collaborative sharing.The use of third-party platforms to connect online and offline resources greatly improves the efficiency of resource utilization.As a basic guarantee and important support for scientific research and innovation,large-scale instruments and equipment,building an open and shared platform to improve the efficiency and professionalism of instruments and equipment can achieve the dual effect of saving and development.From the perspective of innovation,this paper studies the integration of the sharing economy and the large-scale instrument and equipment management platform of colleges and universities,analyzes the advantages of the sharing economy model.The in-depth analysis of the fusion construction of the large-scale instrument and equipment management platform was carried out.The research results show that Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications has always attached great importance to the innovation ability of teaching practice,actively promoted the construction of a large-scale instrument and equipment sharing platform,and on this basis,explored a highly efficient operation of a large-scale precision instrument and equipment sharing service system,The integration,optimization,and sharing of equipment resources have laid a solid foundation for further improving the use efficiency.
