民办应用型本科物流管理专业实践教学改革研究--基于M高校2019-2020届毕业生的调研问卷

Research on Practical Teaching Reform of Private Application-oriented Undergraduate Logistics Management Major--Based on the Survey Questionnaire of Graduates of M University from 2019-2020

民办本科高校经历了5年的应用型转型发展,取得了一定的成效,但也在对毕业生的调研问卷分析中,发现改善实践教学环节是毕业生最关注的的问题,也是应用型转型发展还应继续加大改革力度的环节。文中主要从办学经费、师资实践教学水平、实践教学的内容设计、校企合作等方面分析实践教学改革存在的问题。提出促进办学经费来源多元化、实行校校联合、建立长期的教师挂职锻炼机制、大力发展横向课题、系统化设计实践教学内容、完善校企合作等措施,希望对民办应用型本科物流管理专业实践教学改革有借鉴意义。

After five years of application-oriented transformation and development,private undergraduate universities have achieved certain results.However,in the survey and questionnaire analysis of graduates,it is found that the improvement of practical teaching is the most concerned issue for graduates,and it is also the link for application-oriented transformation and development to continue to strengthen the reform.This paper mainly analyzes the problems in the reform of practical teaching from the aspects of school funds,teachers practical teaching level,content design of practical teaching and school-enterprise cooperation.This paper puts forward some measures,such as promoting the diversification of school funding sources,implementing school-school association,establishing long-term teachers temporary training mechanism,vigorously developing horizontal subjects,systematically designing practical teaching contents,and improving school-enterprise cooperation,in the hope of providing reference for the practical teaching reform of private application-oriented undergraduate logistics management major.
