摘要
面对新冠肺炎疫情下高校开展全员在线教学的形势,如何保障在线学习与线下课堂教学的质量实质等效,实现学生综合能力提升,成为高校教师迫切需要解决的难题。在物流金融课程教学中,以应用型人才能力与素养培养为核心,按照“重过程强协作”的在线教学设计理论,采用课堂教学直播与学习通平台在线学习结合的方式,在分段式与模块化的课堂教学分配、思想引导与价值引领融入课程教学、能力提升与素养培养并重、团队协作与个人自主学习相结合四个层面开展在线混合式教学的积极探索。通过对学生学习行为和效果的分析发现,学生的学习参与度高、学习效果较好。
Affected by the COVID-19,how to guarantee the quality of online learning equivalent to the offline classroom teaching and improve students comprehensive ability becomes a problem university teachers face and which needs to be solved urgently.In Logistics Finance teaching,focused on ability and quality cultivation of application-oriented talents and based on the“heavy course,strong teamwork”concept,this article blends methods which live and online teaching unify,and probes into the online blending learning in terms of sectional and modular distribution of classroom teaching,incorporation of ideological guidance and value guidance into classroom teaching,equal emphasis on ability enhancement and quality improvement,and integration of individual learning and collaborative learning.Upon analyzing students learning behavior and effect of online study,it is found that students are highly engaged and rewarding.
