与长链非编码RNA转移相关的肺腺癌转录本1在糖尿病肾病中作用的研究进展

Research progress on the role of long noncoding RNA metastasis associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 in diabetic kidney disease

糖尿病肾病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)作为糖尿病最主要的并发症之一,是全球糖尿病患者心血管疾病发病率和病死率上升的主要原因。与长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)转移相关的肺腺癌转录本1(MALAT1)是与DKD相关的新型lncRNA,其在DKD发生、发展中的作用一直受众多学者关注。MALAT1在DKD中高表达,其可通过调节下游相关靶基因的表达或介导相关信号通路的活性,在DKD的发生发展进程中起着关键作用。MALAT1有望成为DKD治疗的新靶点。本文对MALAT1在DKD的相关性研究进行了综述。

Diabetic kidney disease(DKD),as one of the most important complications of diabetes,has been increasing worldwide,which is the main cause of cardiovascular disease and mortality in patients with DKD.The long noncoding RNA(Lnc RNA)transfer related lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1(MALAT1)is a new type of Lnc RNA related to DKD,and its role in the genesis and development of DKD has always been the focus of many scholars.Lnc RNA MALAT1 is highly expressed in DKD,which plays a key role in the development of DKD by regulating the expression of downstream related target genes or mediating the activity of related signal pathways.MALAT1 is expected to be a new target of DKD treatment.In this paper,the correlation of MALAT1 in DKD is reviewed.
