摘要
肿瘤细胞由于糖酵解产生大量的酸,需要及时排出细胞外,导致肿瘤细胞pH失衡,肿瘤细胞处于酸性环境中。这种酸性环境具有促进肿瘤生长的作用,抑制酸代谢是一种治疗肿瘤的手段,可以通过抑制调控pH的相关蛋白,从而抑制酸性产物排出肿瘤细胞,肿瘤细胞出现酸胁迫,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡或坏死。本文主要对抑制酸代谢药物的研究现状做一综述,旨在为抗肿瘤新药研发提供理论依据。
Because tumor cells produce a large amount of acid due to glycolysis,which needs to be expelled from the cells in a timely manner,resulting in tumor cell pH imbalance and being in an acidic environment.This acidic environment has the effect of promoting tumor growth.Therefore,inhibiting acid metabolism is a method for treating tumors.By inhibiting the related proteins that regulate pH,acid products can be inhibited from being excreted from tumor cells.The tumor cells are subjected to acid stress which induces tumor cell apoptosis and necrosis.This article reviews the research status of drugs that inhibit acid metabolism,and aims to provide a theoretical basis for the development of new anti-tumor drugs.
