摘要
本文结合晚期肝细胞癌的治疗现状及药物研发情况,分析了中药用于晚期肝细胞癌临床试验中的常见问题及试验设计的一些考虑。
Based on the current therapies and drug development for the advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),this article discussed the common problems in traditional Chinese medicine clinical trials for advanced HCC and some considers for clinical trial design.
