以重庆某大型物流仓储EPC项目的设计管理为研究对象,运用调查、分析、对比等研究方法,研究设计管理对成本控制产生的影响。在方案设计阶段注重优化结构方案,施工、预算服务前移;初步设计阶段控制结构计算指标,采购、施工提前融入;施工图设计阶段抓图纸细节优化,根据市场形势代换材料;加强设计变更管理,执行ISO9001管理;竣工验收阶段配合施工预结算收尾,总结提升。

With the design management of a large logistics warehouse EPC project in Chongqing as the research object,the paper studies the influence of design management on cost control by using research methods such as investigation,analysis and comparison.In the program design stage,pays attention to optimize the structure of the program,construction,budget services forward;In the preliminary design stage,controls the structure calculation index,procurement,construction in advance integration;In the construction drawing design stage,grasps drawing detail optimization,and replances materiolls according to the market;strengthens design change management and implements ISO9001 management;assists the construction pre-settlement in the completion acceptance stage,and summarizes for promotion.
