摘要
在梳理总结分包管理现行相关法律法规及管理办法的基础上,结合水电工程建设规模大、周期长等特点,以某蓄能电站为研究对象,分析水电工程分包管理中可能存在的问题,总结分包管理的实践经验,探究制定与水电工程分包管理相适应的“四制”制度,旨在为类似项目建设单位分包管理提供参考与借鉴。
On the basis of summarizing the current relevant laws,regulations and management methods of subcontracting management,considering with the characteristics of large scale and long period of hydropower project construction,this article takes a storage power station as the research object and analyzes the possible existence of hydropower project subcontracting management question,summarizes the practical experience of subcontracting management,explores and formulates a“four systems”system compatible with subcontracting management of hydropower projects,aiming to provide reference for the subcontracting management of similar project construction units.
