This paper starts with improving the effectiveness of electronic evidence in commercial banks,and introduces three ways to enhance the effectiveness of electronic evidence in detail,including online enforcement notarization,blockchain storage and electronic authentication,and puts forward suggestions for the application of these three ways in commercial banks.
