摘要
基于中心化系统的传统数据共享方式面临着数据易被篡改和违规拷贝利用的安全性风险,而且维护成本高昂。为了实现海洋数据安全可靠的跨部门共享,介绍了国内外海洋数据共享领域的发展现状,分析了中国存在海洋"数据孤岛"问题,提出了利用区块链技术解决该问题的基本思路,阐述了利用区块链的关键技术,并以支援船观测数据共享为应用背景,设计了区块链跨部门海洋数据共享平台架构与数据共享平台模型,并阐述了基于超级账本(hyperledger)联盟链技术的海洋数据共享平台实现方式和平台运行流程。
In recent years, our country’s maritime informatization has developed rapidly, but problems of open sharing of marine data and data islands still exist and have become more prominent. Traditional data sharing methods based on centralized systems face the security risks such as data being easily tampered, illegally copy utilization, and high maintenance costs. In order to realize safe and reliable cross-departmental sharing of ocean data, this article investigates the current research status in this field, and then analyzes the feasibility of blockchain technology in the field of data sharing, and discusses how blockchain technology can solve the problem of ocean data islands. With the application prospects of blockchain, using the decentralized characteristics of blockchain, a data sharing model is proposed, and the technical implementation method of the ocean data crossdepartmental sharing platform is given, which has a great reference value on the development of ocean informatization.
