HPV-DNA、TCT及HPV-DNA+TCT检测对高度宫颈病变的诊断准确性分析

Analysis of the Diagnostic Accuracy of HPV-DNA,TCT and HPV-DNA+TCT for High-grade Cervical Lesions

目的:分析人乳头瘤病毒(HPV-DNA)、新柏氏液基细胞学检测(TCT)及HPV-DNA+TCT对高度宫颈病变的诊断准确性。方法:选取2018年9月-2019年9月在笔者所在医院经阴道镜下活检确诊为高度宫颈病变的患者66例,分别进行HPV-DNA、TCT及HPV-DNA+TCT检测,分析三种检查方法对于高度宫颈病变诊断准确性。结果:HPV-DNA+TCT组高度宫颈病变诊断准确率高于HPV-DNA组及TCT组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HPV-DNA组与TCT组诊断准确率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:HPV-DNA+TCT运用于高度宫颈病变的检出具有较高的诊断准确性。

Objective:To analyze the diagnostic accuracy of human papillomavirus(HPV-DNA),Thinprep cytology test(TCT)and HPV-DNA+TCT for high-grade cervical lesions.Method:A total of 66 patients with high cervical lesions confirmed by colposcopy biopsy in the author’s hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected for HPV-DNA,TCT and HPV-DNA+TCT tests,respectively,the diagnostic accuracy of the three examination methods for high cervical lesionsto was analyzed.Result:The diagnostic accuracy for high cervical lesions in the HPV-DNA+TCT group was higher than that in the HPV-DNA group and the TCT group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the difference between the HPV-DNA group and the TCT group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:HPV-DNA+TCT has high diagnostic accuracy in detecting high cervical lesions.
