中西医结合个体化护理对后路腰椎椎间融合术后康复的影响

Effect of Individualized Nursing of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Rehabilitation after Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion

目的:探讨中西医结合个体化护理对后路腰椎椎间融合术患者术后首次排气、排便时间及便秘情况的影响。方法:选取本院2019年5月-2020年5月96例后路腰椎椎间融合术患者,双盲随机法分为两组,每组48例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组实施中西医结合个体化护理。比较护理前后两组焦虑及抑郁情绪评分、满意度、术后首次排气及排便时间、便秘发生率。结果:试验组焦虑、抑郁情绪评分低于对照组,试验组满意度评分高于对照组,术后首次排气、排便时间早于对照组,便秘发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:后路腰椎椎间融合术患者实施中西医结合个体化护理效果确切,有利于加速术后排气和排便,减少便秘的发生,提高患者满意度,减轻不良情绪。

Objective:To explore the effect of individualized nursing of traditional Chinese and western medicine on the first exhaust,defecation time and constipation of patients with posterior lumbar interbody fusion.Method:A total of 96 patients with posterior lumbar interbody fusion from May 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given individualized nursing.The anxiety and depression scores,satisfaction score,the first time of exhaust and defecation after operation,incidence of iconstipation of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Result:The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the first time of exhaust and defecation after operation was earlier than those of the control group,the incidence of constipation was lower than that of the control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of individualized nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for patients with posterior lumbar interbody fusion is accurate,which is beneficial to accelerate the time of exhaust and defecation after operation,reduce the occurrence of constipation,improve the satisfaction of patients,and reduce the bad mood.
