优质护理服务联合人文关怀对器官移植捐献者心理状况的影响

Effect of Quality Nursing Service and Humanistic Care on the Psychological Status of Organ Transplant Donors

目的:探讨优质护理联合人文关怀对器官移植捐献者心理状况的影响。方法:选取本院2013年11月-2019年1月器官移植捐献者30例,随机分为对照组(15例,优质护理)和观察组(15例,优质护理+人文关怀)。比较两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分和护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组HAMA、HAMD评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理联合人文关可明显改善器官捐献者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the influence of quality nursing combined with humanistic care on the psychological status of organ transplant donors.Method:A total of 30 cases of organ transplant donors from November 2013 to January 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(15 cases,quality nursing)and the observation group(15 cases,quality nursing+humanistic care).The hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality nursing service combined with humanistic care can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of organ donors,and the donors’nursing satisfaction is significantly improved.
