摘要
目的:探析无缝隙护理管理对护理人员工作积极性及护理质量的影响。方法:选择2019年2月-2020年2月笔者所在医院各科室护理人员60例,根据随机化原则均分成两组,常规组采用常规护理管理,试验组采用无缝隙护理管理。比较两组管理效果。结果:试验组工作积极率(93.33%)高于常规组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组各项护理质量评分均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者护理总满意度(98.00%)高于常规组(86.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对护理人员采用无缝隙护理管理效果显著,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the influence of seamless nursing management on nurses’enthusiasm and nursing quality.Method:A total of 60 nursing staff from each department of the hospital where the author worked from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the randomization principle.Conventional nursing management was adopted in the conventional group,and seamless nursing management was adopted in the experimental group.The management effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The active rate of work enthusiasm in the experimental group(93.33%)was higher than that in the conventional group(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).All nursing quality scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the experimental group(98.00%)was higher than that in the conventional group(86.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of seamless nursing management on nursing staff is significant and worth popularizing.
