摘要
目的:探讨合并糖尿病对白内障患者眼房水中氧化状态和抗氧化能力的影响。方法:收集2018年12月-2019年9月在笔者所在医院治疗的患者60例,按照血糖水平和眼科检查情况分为三组,分别是糖尿病白内障组DC组(32例)、血糖正常的年龄相关性白内障组ARC组(16例)和血糖正常轻度眼外伤组NC组(12例)。分别测量和比较三组血清和房水中的VitC、GSH和MDA含量。结果:与NC组相比,DC组、ARC组血清的VitC和GSH含量显著低,而MDA含量显著高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DC组和ARC组相比,DC组血清和房水中的VitC和GSH含量都显著低,房水中的MDA含量显著高(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病性白内障患者的高血糖影响机体氧化应激过程,生成大量的自由基,损害了房水和晶状体的抗氧化系统,从而加速了白内障的发生和发展。
Objective:To explore the effect of comorbid diabetes on the oxidative status and antioxidant capacity of cataract patients’aqueous humor.Method:A retrospective analysis was made of the 60 patients who had been treated from December 2018 to September 2019.They were divided into three groups according to blood glucose levels and ophthalmological examinations.Among them,32 cases were the diabetic cataract group(DC group),16 cases were normal blood glucose age cataract group(ARC group),and 12 cases were normal blood sugar mild ocular trauma group(NC group).VitC,GSH and MDA in serum and aqueous humor were measured and compared of the three groups.Result:Compared with NC group,VitC and GSH in serum of DC group and ARC group were significantly lower,while the content of MDA was significantly higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with DC group and ARC group,the contents of VitC and GSH in serum and aqueous humor of DC group were significantly lower,and the content of MDA in aqueous humor was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperglycemia in diabetic cataract patients can impact the body’s oxidative stress process,generate a large amount of free radicals,damage the antioxidant system of aqueous humor and lens,and thus accelerate the occurrence and development of cataract.
