平哮汤与西药联合治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Pingxiao Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的:探讨平哮汤联合西药在支气管哮喘疾病中的临床效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2019年8月-2020年3月笔者所在医院治疗的112例支气管哮喘患者,以患者自愿选择治疗方法为原则,分为对照组与观察组,各51例。对照组采用西药(沙丁胺醇气雾剂+复方异丙托溴铵气雾剂),观察组在西药治疗基础上配合平哮汤联合治疗,7 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。观察两组临床治疗效果,血清炎症因子(TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、CRP)及肺功能指标(FEV1、PEFR、FVC)治疗前后变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.08%,高于对照组的84.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组血清炎症因子水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8和CRP均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组肺功能指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组FEV1、PEFR、FVC均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:平哮汤联合西药用于支气管哮喘的治疗中,与单纯西药治疗效果比较,患者的临床治疗有效率更高,血清炎症因子水平恢复更好,肺功能指标也较优,从而更容易促进患者机体的恢复,是临床治疗疾病的有效方案。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Pingxiao Decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of bronchial asthma.Method:A total of 112 patients with bronchial asthma treated by the author’s hospital from August 2019 to March 2020 were selected,according to random number tables,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine(Salbutamol Aerosol+Compound Ipratropium Bromide Aerosol),the observation group was treated with Pingxiao Decoction on the basis of western medicine treatment,7 d was as a course of treatment,and treated for 2 courses.The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups,serum inflammatory factor(TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8,CRP)and pulmonary function index(FEV1,PEFR,FVC)before and after treatment were observed.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.08%,higher than 84.32%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in serum inflammatory factor levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and CRP in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in lung function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,FEV1,PEFR and FVC in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pingxiao Decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of bronchial asthma,compared with the treatment effect simple western medicine,the effective rate of clinical treatment of patients is higher,serum inflammatory factor level recovery is better,pulmonary function index is also better,so it is easier to promote the recovery of patients’body,which is an effective scheme for clinical treatment of diseases.
