综合康复训练对孤独症儿童康复效果的影响

The Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training on the Rehabilitation of Autistic Children

目的:分析综合康复训练对孤独症儿童康复效果的影响。方法:选取2018年7月-2019年2月本院收治的67例孤独症儿童,均对其进行综合康复训练,观察患儿康复效果。结果:经训练后,患儿ABC量表中相应项目得分均显著降低,且与训练前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经训练后,患儿CARS评分显著降低,SM评分显著升高,且与训练前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对孤独症儿童应用综合康复训练,能有效减轻患儿症状,提升患儿生活自理能力,促使患儿更快康复,值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training on the rehabilitation of autistic children.Method:A total of 67 autistic children who admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to February 2019 were selected.They were trained with comprehensive rehabilitation.The rehabilitation effect was observed.Result:After training,the scores of corresponding items in ABC scale of patients were significantly reduced,and there were significant differences compared with before training(P<0.05).After training,the scores of CARS was significantly reduced and SM was significantly risen,and there were significant differences compared with before training(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive rehabilitation training to autistic children can effectively reduce the symptoms of children,improve the ability of children’s self-care,promote children’s faster recovery,which is worth popularizing.
