洛芬待因治疗带状疱疹后神经痛44例

Ibuprofen-codeine in the Treatment of 44 Cases of Patients with Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的比较洛芬待因与普瑞巴林在治疗带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)的临床疗效差异。方法选取PHN患者88例,采用随机数字法将患者分为洛芬待因组(治疗组)和普瑞巴林组(对照组)。治疗组44例口服洛芬待因片,初始剂量2片,每次1片,每天4次;对照组44例口服普瑞巴林囊,每次1粒,每天2次,两组疗程均为28 d。比较两组患者治疗前后的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、生活质量评分量表(QOL)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、评定疼痛缓解率及药品不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后两组各时间点VAS、PSQI、SAS评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01)、QOL评分较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组VAS,PSQI、SAS评分同时间点明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组QOL评分治疗14 d、治疗28 d显著高于同时间点对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01);同时治疗组头晕及口干发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论洛芬待因片治疗PHN的临床疗效较好,安全性高,优于普瑞巴林。

Objective To compare the clinical curative effect difference between ibuprofen-codeine and pregabalin in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods According to the digital table,88 patients with PHN were randomly divided into ibuprofen-codeine group(treatment group)and pregabalin group(control group)with 44 cases in each group,treated with treatment group and pregabalin separately for 28 days.Meanwhile,the clinical efficacy and adverse drug reaction was observed.Results The VAS,PSQI and SAS in the two groups were all decreased significantly at different time points after treatment compared with pre-treatment(P<0.01)while the QOL were increased significantly at different time points after treatment compared with pre-treatment(P<0.05).The VAS,PSQI and SAS of treatment group group were decreased more significantly after treatment than that of pregabalin treated group at each time point(P<0.05),whereas the QOL were more significantly increased than that of control group at 14 and 28 days after treatment(P<0.05).The total efficient rate in treatment group group was higher than that in control group(P<0.01).At the same time,the incidence rate of dizziness and dry mouth in treatment group group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ibuprofen-codeine is safe and effective in the treatment of PHN,and is better than pregabalin.
