摘要
首先,以公称直径、钢球直径和循环圈数参数为设计变量,轴向额定静载荷、额定动载荷以及压杆稳定性为约束条件,建立参数化分析的数学模型;其次针对公称直径、钢球直径和循环圈数的设计参数,分析这些参数对减重变化的影响;最后,要考虑选取轻量的材料和加工工艺实现滚珠丝杠副轻量化设计。因此,本文进行的基于参数化分析的轻量化设计为滚珠丝杠副改进奠定了理论基础。
The parameters of nominal diameter,steel ball diameter and number of cycles are taken as design variables,and axial static load,dynamic load and compression bar stability are taken as constraints to establish the mathematical model of parametric analysis.The design parameters of nominal diameter,steel ball diameter and number of cycles are taken into account to analyze the influence of these parameters on weight reduction changes.The selection of lightweight materials and processing techniques to achieve lightweight design of ball screw pair are considered.The lightweight design based on parametric analysis has laid a theoretical foundation for the improvement of the ball screw pair.
