摘要
本文主要阐述了光电滑环在旋转传输中的重要性,并针对在有限空间内实现光电信号旋转传输的需求,提出了一种光电滑环结构设计方案,并在此基础上提出光电滑环性能动态检测方案,该检测方案能够模拟光电滑环的实际工作状态,并能够在给定的工作转速、工作环境中动态检测光电滑环的电气性能和光学性能。
The importance of opto-electrical slip ring in the rotary transmission was presented.A physical design scheme of Opto-electrical slip ring for realizing the rotary transmission of photoelectric signal in the limited space was provided.On this basis,a dynamic detection scheme for the performance of opto-electrical slip ring was proposed,which can simulate the actual working state of opto-electrical slip ring and can dynamically detect the electrical and optical performance of the opto-electrical slip ring at given working speed and working environment.
