摘要
讨论了油液杂质(空气、水分、固体颗粒物等)对液压系统性能的影响及应对措施,并设计了一种用于旋转导向单元的液压油真空净化注油装置,该装置可以提高旋转导向单元液压系统工作的安全性和可靠性。
The influence of oil impurities(air,moisture,solid particles,etc.)on the performance of the hydraulic system of the rotary guide unit in the rotary guide system was discussed.An oil filling device for the rotary guide unit was designed.The device can improve the safety and reliability of the hydraulic system of the rotary guide unit.
