Reliability Analysis and Maintenance Strategy Research for Mechanical and Electrical Equipment of Metro Station

车站机电设备在车站运营中发挥着重要作用,车站机电设备的维保对保证设备的可靠运行十分必要。研究分析了车站机电设备的实际故障数据,统计分析识别出故障率高的设备,并对故障率高的设备进行可靠性拟合,确定最优可靠性分布。根据可靠度要求,确定对应的维保周期,对高故障率设备进行有针对的周期性维保,保证车站设备可靠运行,从而实现车站正常运营。

The mechanical and electrical equipment plays an important role in the station operation,and maintenance is necessary to ensure the reliable operation of station mechanical and electrical equipment.In this research,the actual failure data of station mechanical and electrical equipment were analyzed,the equipment with a high failure rate was identified through statistical analysis,and reliability fitting was conducted on the equipment with a high failure rate to determine the optimal reliability distribution.According to the reliability requirements,the corresponding maintenance cycle can be determined,and targeted periodic maintenance should be carried out for equipment with a high failure rate to ensure the reliable operation of station equipment,and then the overall normal operation of the station can be realized.
