基于AHP改进的非连锁超市库存管理优化

Optimization of Non Chain Supermarket Inventory Management Based on AHP

超市是零售行业的典型代表,其中小型超市很少拥有一个标准的属于自己的库存管理方案,容易造成库存积压以及缺货带来的利益亏损。为了解决这一问题,文章用ABC分类法对超市商品进行分类,但这样分类标准过于单一,为了排除结果受历史销售数据的影响,运用层次分析法对分类结果进行改进,加入采购难易度、资金占用额、缺货影响度和需求稳定性四个影响因子。结果证明改进后的分类方法更实用,并对不同类商品提出了合理的采购建议。

The supermarket is a typical representative of the retail industry,and the small supermarket rarely has a standard inventory plan of its own,which is easy to cause inventory backlog and loss of profits caused by shortage.In order to solve this problem,this paper uses ABC classification method to classify supermarket goods,but the classification standard is too simple.In order to exclude the influence of historical sales data,the AHP is used to improve the classification results,including four factors:purchasing difficulty,capital occupation,shortage influence and demand stability.The results show that the improved classification method is more practical,and puts forward reasonable purchasing suggestions for different types of goods.
