The Coordination Mechanism Considering Corporate Social Responsibility in a Supply Chain

文章构建由单个零售商和单个制造商组成的二级供应链,在供应链管理中引入企业社会责任,分别探讨分散决策、集中决策、成本分担契约和两部制契约下的供应链决策和协调,最后进行数值仿真。结果表明,集中决策下供应链的企业社会责任水平和利润高于分散决策下供应链的企业社会责任水平和利润。成本分担契约在一定程度上可以提高企业社会责任水平和供应链利润,但无法达到最优协调,两部制契约可以完成最优协调,其协调效果明显优于成本分担契约的协调效果。

This paper constructs a two-level supply chain consisting of a single retailer and a single manufacturer,introduces corporate social responsibility into supply chain decision-making,discusses the decision-making and coordination of supply chain under decentralized decision-making,centralized decision-making,cost-sharing contract and two-part contract,and finally conducts numerical simulation for comparative analysis.The results show that the corporate social responsibility and benefit of supply chain under centralized decision-making are higher than those under decentralized decision-making.Cost-sharing contract can improve the level of corporate social responsibility and supply chain profit to a certain extent,but it cannot achieve optimal coordination.Two-part contract can achieve the optimal coordination,and its coordination effect is obviously better than that of cost-sharing contract.
