我国技职教育体系发展的现实诊断与对策

摘要 将我国技职教育体系分成传统学徒制、技工学校、职教体系,梳理其演变历程,并对其发展情况进行现实诊断指出,传统学徒制和技工学校的发展空间受到挤压而职教体系需要与现代学徒制实现有效融合,并从强化技能嫁接、凸显学历提升、加大政策指引三方面提出了使三者实现互动、互补发展的举措。 This paper divided China’s technical and vocational education system into traditional apprenticeship, technical school and vocational education system, and sorted out its evolution process. Based on this, this paper made a realistic diagnosis of its development and pointed out that the development space of traditional apprenticeship and technical school is squeezed. Therefore, vocational education system needs to achieve effective integration with modern apprenticeship, and the measures to realize the interaction and complementary development of the three were proposed from three aspects of strengthening of skills grafting, highlighting the improvement of academic qualifications, and increasing policy guidance.
