职业教育的发展推动我国把巨大的人口数量转化为强大的人力资源优势。要提高职业教育的质量,从根本上就是要提高职业院校教师的水平,进行科研并且进行有意义的教育思想研究成为提升教师素质的重要途径。教师应努力争当有思想、会思想,更要成为主动寻找思想的"思想者",构建能够进行真正有意义研究的职教师资队伍,以此提高职业院校培养的人才质量并且促进职业教育的更好发展。
