摘要 校企深度合作、产教融合是职业教育的关键所在。以苏州高等职业技术学校为例,明晰企业学院的内涵以及协同育人模式的运作方式,对"引企入校式""课证融合式""社区共建式""进企办学式"等四种类型企业学院进行介绍。企业学院的实施丰富和完善了学校现有的育人方案和内涵,推进了企业学院师资共育,推动了地方企业转型升级。 The key to vocational education lies in the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises and the integration of production and education. Taking Suzhou Higher Vocational and Technical College as an example, this paper clarified the connotation of enterprise college and the operation mode of collaborative education mode, and introduced four types of enterprise colleges, such as "introducing enterprises into schools", "integrating courses and certificates", "building with communities " and "running schools by enterprises". The implementation of enterprise college makes the education program more perfect, innovates the connotation of enterprise college education, promotes the co-education of enterprise college teachers, and promotes the transformation and upgrading of local enterprises.
