基于区域社区教育资源共建共享的实践研究——以常州经济开发区为例

A Practical Study on the Co-construction and Sharing of Regional Community Educational Resources--Taking Changzhou Economic Development Zone as an Example

社区教育的发展需要大量人力、物力、财力等资源的支撑,从我国社区教育的发展现状来看,大多存在资源不足与资源闲置并存的矛盾。通过对常州经济开发区社区教育资源使用情况进行调查与分析发现,区域社区教育资源在开发、利用、整合的过程中存在社区内教育资源闲置情况严重、社区间教育资源共享机制缺失、社区教育资源的管理能力不足等问题。基于此,提出四点建议:强化统筹,建立共建共享机制;加强培训,实现社教队伍共建;整合资源,完善资源库建设;创建平台,共享区域教育品牌。只有使各类社区教育资源发挥出最大效用,才能助推区域内社区教育的高品质发展。

The development of community education needs the support of a large number of human,material,financial resources and other resources.From the current situation of the development of community education in China,most of them have the contradiction of insufficient resources and idle resources,Through the investigation and analysis of the use of community education resources in Changzhou Economic Development Zone,it is found that in the process of development,utilization and integration of regional community education resources,there are serious problems such as serious idle of educational resources in communities,lack of sharing mechanism of educational resources among communities,and insufficient management ability of community education resources.Based on this,four suggestions are put forward:strengthen overall planning and establish co-construction and sharing mechanism;strengthen training to realize the co construction of social education team;integrate resources and improve the construction of resource library;create platform to share regional education brand.Only by making all kinds of community education resources play a maximum role can we boost the high-quality development of community education in the region.
