摘要
中国台湾地区技职类本科院校致力于培养学生的"立即就业"能力,并在对接行业、企业人才需求、培养学生职业能力等方面积累了一定的经验。"立即就业"能力是指通过职业能力培养,帮助学生实现从学习到工作的无缝衔接,即学生毕业就能适应工作,具备从事工作的职业素质和能力。中国大陆地区的高校在应用型人才培养模式的改革中,可通过聚焦行业办学、加强产学研合作、完善师资队伍结构、优化人才培养要素等措施提高学生的"立即就业"能力。
Technical and vocational colleges in Taiwan of PRC are committed to cultivating students'ability of"immediate employment",and have accumulated certain experience in docking with industry,enterprise talent demand and cultivating students'professional ability."Immediate employment"ability refers to helping students realize the seamless connection from study to work through professional ability training,that is,students can adapt to work after graduation and have the professional quality and ability to engage in work.In the reform of application-oriented talents training mode,colleges in China's Mainland can improve students'ability of"immediate employment"by focusing on running schools by the industry,strengthening the cooperation between industry,teaching and research,improving the structure of teaching staff and optimizing the elements of personnel training.
