彩色多普勒超声对颈椎病椎动脉供血不足的诊断效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Vertebral Artery Insufficiency in Cervical Spondylosis

目的:分析彩色多普勒超声对颈椎病椎动脉供血不足及血流动力学指标的诊断效果。方法:本次实验抽取2018年9月~2019年8月本院收治的颈椎病椎动脉供血不足患者共计35例作为观察组,同时抽取同期健康体检者35例作为对照组,两组研究对象均给予彩色多普勒超声诊断。比较研究对象椎动脉测量内径、椎动颈收缩期峰值血流速度、椎动脉舒张末期血流速度、椎动脉血流平均速度、椎动脉阻力值。结果:两组研究对象各项椎动脉测量指标均存在明显差异,P<0.05。结论:彩色多普勒超声对颈椎病椎动脉供血不足及血流动力学指标诊断效果明确。

Objective:To analyze the effect of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of vertebral artery insufficiency and hemodynamic indexes in cervical spondylosis.Methods:In this experiment,a total of 35 patients with cervical spondylosis vertebral artery insufficiency who were admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the observation group.At the same time,35 healthy patients were selected as the control group.Both groups of research subjects were given color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis.Comparative study subjects'vertebral artery diameter,vertebral cervical systolic peak blood flow velocity,vertebral artery end-diastolic blood flow velocity,vertebral artery blood flow average velocity,vertebral artery resistance value.Results:There were significant differences in the vertebral artery measurement indexes between the two groups of subjects,P<0.05.Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound has a clear effect on the diagnosis of vertebral artery insufficiency and hemodynamic indexes in cervical spondylosis.
