彩超诊断前置胎盘并发胎盘植入的价值分析

Color Ultrasound Diagnosis of Placenta Previa Complicated with Placenta Implantation Value Analysis

目的:分析前置胎盘并发胎盘植入实施彩超诊断的价值。方法:选取2015年5月~2019年5月本院收治的前置胎盘并发胎盘植入患者80例为观察对象,回顾性分析患者所有的临床资料,其产前均接受彩超诊断。金标准为手术病理结果,分析患者诊断效果及声像图特征。结果:本组80例患者均经手术病理检查确诊,其中阴性29例,阳性51例,而经彩超检出阴性27例、阳性53例,诊断敏感度96.1%(49/51),特异度86.2%(25/29)、准确性92.5%(74/80)。CDFI显示分布在血管周围数量增加,且呈不规则状态,血管变粗,有血流形成,位于胎盘间隙。结论:前置胎盘并发胎盘植入实施彩超诊断的效果显著,即具有较高敏感度和准确性,可为患者临床后续诊疗提供可靠依据。

Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of color ultrasound in placenta previa complicated with placenta implantation.Methods:From May 2015 to May 2019,80 patients with placenta previa and placenta implantation were selected.All the clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed.The gold standard was the results of surgery and pathology,the diagnostic effect of patients and the characteristics of sonograms.Results:All the 80 patients in this group were confirmed by surgical pathology,among which 29 were negative and 51 were positive,while 27 were negative and 53 were positive by color Doppler ultrasound,with a diagnostic sensitivity of 96.1%(49/51),specificity of 86.2%(25/29)and accuracy of 92.5%(74/80).CDFI shows an increased and irregular distribution around blood vessels,with blood vessels becoming thicker and blood flow forming in the placental space.Conclusion:The diagnosis of placenta previa complicated with placenta implantation by color Doppler ultrasound has a significant effect,that is,it has a high sensitivity and accuracy,and can provide a reliable basis for the follow-up clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients.
