经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断宫外孕的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断宫外孕的临床效果。方法:选择2018年2月~2019年2月本院收治的宫外孕患者120例,患者均经病理检查明确诊断,所有患者术前均进行经腹部及经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,比较两种诊断方法的符合率及漏诊率、明确诊断时间及显示孕囊时间。结果:经阴道超声检查的符合率及漏诊率分别为94.1%、5.8%,明显优于经腹部超声检查符合率及漏诊率77.5%、22.5%,两组差异相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05),经阴道超声组明确诊断时间及显示孕囊时间明显短于经腹部超声组,两组差异相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道超声诊断宫外孕的准确率较高,能尽早的明确诊断,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:A total of 120 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected.All patients were diagnosed with pathological examination.All patients underwent transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examinations before the operation.The two were compared.The coincidence rate and missed diagnosis rate of the diagnosis method,clear diagnosis time and display gestational sac time.Results:The coincidence rate and missed diagnosis rate of transvaginal ultrasound were 94.1%and 5.8%respectively,which were significantly better than the coincidence rate and missed diagnosis rate of transabdominal ultrasound of 77.5%and 22.5%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the transvaginal ultrasound group confirmed the diagnosis time and showed that the gestational sac time was significantly shorter than the transabdominal ultrasound group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosing ectopic pregnancy is relatively high.It can make the diagnosis as early as possible and has important clinical value.
