腹部超声检查在健康体检中的运用

Application of Abdominal Ultrasonography in Health Examination

目的:分析在健康体检中应用腹部超声检查的应用价值。方法:选择2016年1月~2019年10月入本院行健康体检的人员中选择4600例为研究对象。对所有体检人员均施行腹部超声检查,对肝胆脾肾胰腺、膀胱和输尿管等部位进行全面扫查,分析检查结果,总结不同疾病类型的检出率。结果:4600例体检人员中,共有1500例被检查出患有疾病,检出率达32.61%。在所有疾病中,脂肪肝、肾结石和肾囊肿、胆囊结石、肝囊肿和胆囊息肉、输尿管结石、肝血管瘤、肾癌和膀胱结石等是常见疾病,其中,脂肪肝、肾结石和肾囊肿的检出率位居前列。结论:对患有腹部疾病的人员行腹部超声检查,能根据检查结果及时鉴别患者的疾病类型,为临床治疗干预提供有力参考依据。加之超声检查具备无创、操作简单和配合方便、价格便宜等特点,已成为临床体检的常规项目。

Objective:To analyze the application value of abdominal ultrasonography in health examination.Methods:4600 cases were selected as research objects from the personnel who were admitted to our hospital for physical examination from January 2016 to October 2019.Abdominal ultrasound was performed on all physical examination personnel,and the liver,gallbladder,spleen,kidney,pancreas,bladder,ureter and other parts were comprehensively scanned to analyze the examination results and summarize the detection rates of different disease types.Results:Among 4600 physical examination personnel,1500 cases were diagnosed with diseases,with a detection rate of 32.61%.Among all diseases,fatty liver,kidney stone and renal cyst,gallbladder stone,liver cyst and gallbladder polyp,ureter stone,liver hemangioma,kidney cancer and bladder stone are common diseases,among which fatty liver,kidney stone and renal cyst are the most common diseases.Conclusion:Abdominal ultrasound examination for patients with abdominal diseases provides a strong reference for clinical treatment and intervention.In addition,ultrasonic examination has the characteristics of non-invasive,simple operation,cooperation and low price,and has become a routine item in clinical physical examination.
