射频消融对冠心病冠状动脉支架植入术后伴发频发室性早搏患者左心室的影响观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨射频消融对冠心病冠状动脉支架植入术后伴发频发室性早搏患者左心室的影响。方法:将2018年3月~2019年3月于本院进行冠心病冠状动脉支架植入术治疗且术后伴发频发室性早搏的40例患者纳为研究对象。全部患者均进行射频消融治疗。对比患者治疗前后的室性早搏发作次数、心功能分级情况和超声心电图指标。结果:40例患者治疗后的室性早搏发作次数少于治疗前,其心功能等级低于治疗前(P<0.05);其左室射血分数高于治疗前,其左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径、室间隔厚度和左室后壁厚度均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:射频消融治疗可显著改善冠心病冠状动脉支架植入术后伴发频发室性早搏患者的左心室功能水平,减少室性早搏次数。 Objective:To investigate the effect of radiofrequency ablation on the left ventricle of patients with frequent ventricular premature beats after coronary stent implantation.Methods:40 patients with coronary artery disease stenting and postoperative frequent ventricular premature beats were enrolled in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019.All patients underwent radiofrequency ablation.The number of ventricular premature beats,cardiac function grading and echocardiogram were compared before and after treatment.Results:The number of ventricular premature beats in 40 patients was less than that before treatment,and the cardiac function was lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than before treatment,and the left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left ventricular end systolic diameter,ventricular septal thickness and left ventricular posterior wall thickness were all lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Radiofrequency ablation can significantly improve the left ventricular function and reduce the number of ventricular premature beats in patients with frequent ventricular premature beats after coronary stent implantation.
