经皮穴位电刺激联合康复疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

The Curative Effect of the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis by the Combination of Percutaneous Acupoint Electric Stimulation and Rehabilitation Therapy

目的:评价经皮穴位电刺激结合康复疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:纳入2018年10月~2019年10月本院收治的40例踝关节不稳手术治疗患者,随机分为康复疗法治疗组(对照组)和经皮穴位电刺激结合康复疗法治疗组(观察组),每组20例。两组均开展临床常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加入经皮穴位电刺激,临床治疗30d后比较两组患者膝关节功能和其他指标。结果:两组患者治疗前基线资料均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者Lysholm膝关节功能评分显著提高,VAS疼痛评分则显著降低(P均<0.05)。经过经皮穴位电刺激,相比于对照组,观察组Lysholm评分较优较低,VAS评分则较低(P均<0.05)。结论:与常规康复疗法相比,经皮穴位电刺激可显著改善膝关节骨性关节炎患者踝关节功能。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:40 patients with ankle instability who were admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:rehabilitation treatment group(control group)and percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation treatment group(combined treatment group),20 cases in each group.The patients in the combined treatment group received transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.After 30 days of clinical treatment,the knee joint function and other indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,lysholm knee joint function score of the two groups increased significantly,VAS pain score decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the lysholm score and VAS score of the combined treatment group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional rehabilitation therapy,transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation can significantly improve ankle function in patients with knee osteoarthritis.
