半导体激光辅助重度慢性牙周炎牙周非手术治疗的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究在牙周非手术治疗重度慢性牙周炎中半导体激光辅助治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年8月在本院就诊的240例重度慢性牙周炎患者为观察对象,均根据患者左右牙列分组,对照组为右侧患牙,仅采取牙周非手术治疗,观察组为左侧患牙,在牙周非手术治疗后行半导体激光辅助治疗。比较两个组别牙周指标改善情况。结果:两个组别治疗后CAL、PD等对比发现P<0.05,说明二者表现出了明显差异;而治疗前对比未表现出差异(P>0.05)。两个组别治疗前后MOB、BI等指标对比发现P>0.05,说明二者未表现出明显差异。结论:在牙周非手术治疗重度慢性牙周炎中半导体激光辅助治疗的效果确切,即可增加附着水平,因而可能为有效补充牙周非手术治疗的重要方案。 Objective:To study the clinical effect of semiconductor laser in the treatment of severe chronic periodontitis.Methods:From January 2017 to August 2019,40 patients with severe chronic periodontitis were divided into two groups according to the left and right dentition of patients.The control group was the right teeth,and only the periodontal non-surgical treatment was used.The experimental group was the left teeth.After the non-surgical treatment,the semiconductor laser assisted treatment was used.The improvement of periodontal index was compared between the two groups.Results:The comparison of CAL and PD between the two groups after treatment found P<0.05,indicating that the two showed significant differences;while the comparison before treatment showed no difference(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in MOB,BI and other indicators before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the non-surgical treatment of severe chronic periodontitis,the effect of semiconductor laser-assisted treatment is accurate,which can increase the attachment level,so it may be an important scheme to effectively supplement the non-surgical treatment of periodontitis.
