不同病理分期乳腺癌患者血清CA153、CA125表达变化差异分析

Differential Analysis of Serum CA153 and CA125 Expression in Breast Cancer Patients with Different Pathological Stages

目的探讨不同病理分期乳腺癌患者血清CA153、CA125表达变化。方法采用回顾性方法分析,选取58例乳腺癌患者的临床资料,将其作为乳腺癌组。同时选取60例乳腺良性疾病患者作为乳腺良性组,同期健康体检者60例为对照组,比较三组CA153、CA125水平及其乳腺癌患者不同分期的表达水平。结果乳腺癌组患者的CA153、CA125的表达水平明显高于乳腺良性疾病组和对照组,均有显著差异(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组Ⅳ期患者的CA153、CA125的表达水平明显高于Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期患者,均有显著差异(P<0.05),呈现正相关。联合检测血清肿瘤标志物CA153、CA125的敏感性、特异性明显高于单一检测CA153、CA125,均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论联合检测CA153、CA125血清肿瘤标志物,可提高乳腺癌的早期诊断率。其水平高低与乳腺癌疾病发展密切相关。

Objective To investigate the changes of serum CA153 and CA125 expression in breast cancer patients with different pathological stages.Methods Using retrospective analysis,the clinical data of 58 patients with breast cancer as breast cancer group.At the same time,60 patients with benign breast disease were selected as the benign breast group,and 60 healthy controls were used as the control group.The levels of CA153 and CA125 in the 3 groups and their expression levels of different stages of breast cancer patients were compared.Results The expression levels of CA153 and CA125 in the breast cancer group were significantly higher than those in the benign breast disease group and the control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05).The expression levels of CA153 and CA125 in stage IV patients in breast cancer group were significantly higher than those in stageⅠ,stageⅡand stageⅢ,and there were significant differences(P<0.05),showing a positive correlation.The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of serum tumor markers CA153 and CA125 were significantly higher than those of single detection CA153 and CA125,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of CA153,CA125 serum tumor markers could improve the early diagnosis rate of breast cancer.Its level is closely related to the development of breast cancer diseases.
