ICAM-1、HPC2及GATA3在宫颈癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expression and Clinical Significance of ICAM-1,HPC2 and GATA3 in CervicalCancer Detection

目的探究细胞间黏附因子-1(ICAM-1)、人多梳蛋白2(HPC2)及GATA结合蛋白3在宫颈癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法选择接受治疗的80例宫颈癌患者为研究组,另选取同期治疗的78例良性宫颈病变为良性病变组,选取80例健康个体为对照组,分别检测其ICAM-1、HPC2及GATA3水平,对比3组个体ICAM-1、HPC2及GATA3水平。将宫颈癌患者按照病理检测结果区分为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组(36例)与Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组(44例),对比2组患者血清ICAM-1、HPC2及GATA3水平。最后对宫颈癌患者实施为期18个月的随访,对比死亡组(32例)与存活组(48例)患者血清ICAM-1、HPC2及GATA3水平。结果(1)研究组血清ICAM-1、HPC2及GATA3水平高于良性病变组,良性病变组高于对照组,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组宫颈癌患者血清ICAM-1、HPC2及GATA3水平明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组(P<0.05)。(3)死亡组宫颈癌患者血清ICAM-1、HPC2及GATA3水平明显高于存活组(P<0.05)。结论ICAM-1、HPC2及GATA3在宫颈癌患者中呈现明显的高表达,同时ICAM-1、HPC2及GATA3水平与宫颈癌患者临床分期及预后有密切的联系。

Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),human combin 2(HPC2)and GATA binding protein 3 in cervical cancer detection.Methods 80 patients with cervical cancer who were treated as the experimental group.78 patients with benign cervical lesions were selected as benign lesions,and 80 patients were selected.The healthy individuals were in the control group,and the levels of ICAM-1,HPC2 and GATA3 were measured respectively.The levels of ICAM-1,HPC2 and GATA3 in the 3 groups were compared.The patients with cervical cancer were classified into theⅠ~Ⅱgroup according to the pathological detection results(36 cases).Compared with theⅢ~Ⅳgroup(44 cases),the serum levels of ICAM-1,HPC2 and GATA3 were compared between the 2 groups.Finally,18 months follow-up was performed for cervical cancer patients,compared with the death group(32 cases)and the survival group(48 cases).Example)patient serum ICAM-1,HPC2 and GATA3 levels.Results(1)The serum levels of ICAM-1,HPC2 and GATA3 were higher in the cervical cancer group than in the benign lesion group,and the benign lesion group was higher than the control group.The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The comparison showed that the levels of serum ICAM-1,HPC2 and GATA3 in patients with cervical cancer in groupⅢ~Ⅳwere significantly higher than those in groupⅠ~Ⅱ(P<0.05).(3)The serum ICAM-1 in patients with cervical cancer in death group,The levels of HPC2 and GATA3 were significantly higher than those of the survival group(P<0.05).Conclusion ICAM-1,HPC2 and GATA3 are highly expressed in cervical cancer patients,and the levels of ICAM-1,HPC2 and GATA3 are closely related to the clinical stage and prognosis of cervical cancer patients.
