宫颈鳞癌组织中P53、Ki67表达与侵袭浸润的相关性

Correlation between Expression of P53,Ki67 and Invasion in Cervical Squamous Cell Carcinoma

目的探讨宫颈鳞癌组织中P53、Ki67表达与侵袭浸润的相关性。方法选取妇科收治的52例宫颈鳞癌患者作为病例组,同期选择正常无宫颈疾病的妇科患者52例作为对照组。采用免疫组化法检测宫颈组织P53、Ki67表达,调查患者的侵袭浸润情况并进行相关性分析。结果病例组的P53、Ki67表达阳性率为9.6%和80.8%,对照组为65.4%和19.2%,对比差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在病例组52例患者中,侵袭浸润患者P53、Ki67表达阳性率为0.0%和92.6%,无侵袭浸润患者P53、Ki67表达阳性率为16.0%和60.0%,对比差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman等级相关分析显示:P53、Ki67表达阳性率与侵袭浸润、淋巴结转移、临床分期、分化程度都有相关性(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示:P53、Ki67、淋巴结转移为影响宫颈鳞癌组织侵袭浸润的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论宫颈鳞癌组织伴随有P53的低表达与Ki67的高表达,与组织的侵袭浸润显著相关,也是导致组织侵袭浸润的主要因素。

Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of P53,Ki67 and invasion in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Methods 52 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma were enrolled as the case group.52 patients with normal gynecological diseases without cervical disease were selected as the control group.The immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of P53 and Ki67 in cervical tissues,and the invasion of patients were investigated and correlation analysis were performed.Results The positive rates of P53 and Ki67 expression in the case group were 9.6%and 80.8%,and were 65.4%and 19.2%in the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the 52 patients in the case group,the positive rates of P53 and Ki67 expression in the invasive invasive patients were 0.0%and 92.6%,and the positive rates of P53 and Ki67 expression in the non-invasive invasive patients were 16.0%and 60.0%that compared the difference were statistically significant.(P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the positive rate sof P53 and Ki67 expression were correlated with invasion,lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and differentiation(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that P53,Ki67 and lymph node metastasis were the main factors affected the invasion and invasion of cervical squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion Cervical squamous cell carcinoma are associated with low expression of P53 and high expression of Ki67,which are significantly associated with invasion and invasion of tissues,and are also the main factors leading to tissue invasion and invasion.
