等离子电切术治疗早中期膀胱癌的近远期效果

The Short-and Long-term Effects of Plasma Electrotomy in the Treatment of Early and Middle Bladder Cancer

目的探讨等离子电切术治疗早中期膀胱癌的近远期效果。方法选取70例早中期膀胱癌的患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,对照组35例,给予传统开放手术治疗,研究组35例,给予等离子电切术治疗。观察两组患者术中指标及术后近期恢复情况、近期并发症发生率、术后1年生存质量、3年生存率和存活时间。结果研究组患者手术时间、出血量、留置导尿管时间、住院时间明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者近期并发症发生率情况比较,研究组并发症总发生率为2.86%,明显低于对照组(28.57%)(P<0.05);研究组术后1年生存质量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组3年的生存率和存活时间明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论离子电切术治疗早中期膀胱癌效果显著,术后恢复时间快,并发症少,能很好的提高患者的生存质量,提高生存率,延长患者的生存时间,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of plasma electrotomy on early and middle stage bladder cancer.Methods 70 patients with early-stage and mid-stage bladder cancer were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into 2 groups.35 patients in the control group received conventional open surgery and 35 patients in the study group received plasma electrotomy.Intraoperative indicators,postoperative short-term recovery,incidence of recent complications,postoperative 1-year quality of life,3-year survival rate and survival time were observed in the 2 groups.Results Operation time,blood loss,indwelling catheter time and hospital stay time were significantly better in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of the incidence of recent complications between the 2 groups showed that the total incidence of complications in the study group was 2.86%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(28.57%)(P<0.05).The quality of life 1 year after operation in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).4)The 3-year survival rate and survival time of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Ionomectomies are effective in the treatment of early and middle stage bladder cancer,with quick postoperative recovery time and fewer complications.It can improve the quality of life,improve the survival rate and prolong the survival time of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
