穴位按摩对海洛因依赖者脱毒后瘦素、生长激素释放肽和腺苷酸环化酶水平的影响

The effect of acupuncture point massage on leptin, ghrelin and adenylate cyclase levels in heroin addicts after detoxification

目的:观察穴位按摩对海洛因依赖者脱毒不同阶段血清瘦素(Leptin,LP)、生长激素释放肽(Ghrelin, GH)和腺苷酸环化酶(Adenylate Cyclase, AC)水平的影响。方法:219名脱毒者来自于强制隔离戒毒所,根据脱毒者处于不同脱毒时期分为急性脱毒期、脱毒巩固期、脱毒康复期、回归社会期4个阶段,对同一脱毒阶段人员随机分组,分为脱毒按摩组与脱毒对照组。脱毒按摩组人员接受穴位按摩干预12周,脱毒对照组不给予干预。所有脱毒者分别于干预前、干预8周和12周后进行血清LP、GH、AC水平检测。结果:与健康对照组相比,脱毒巩固期(男)血清LP水平显著升高(P<0.05),脱毒康复期(女)和回归社会期(男)GH显著升高(P<0.05),男、女性各期AC水平均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05);按摩8周后,急性脱毒期(女)LP显著低于对照组(P<0.05);按摩12周后,脱毒康复期(女)、脱毒巩固期(男)和脱毒康复期(男)LP显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩有助于脱毒者血清LP水平恢复,提示穴位按摩在脱毒者康复治疗中有积极作用。

Objective:To investigate the role of acupuncture point massage in the serum Leptin(LP), Ghrelin(GH) and Adenylate Cyclase(AC) in heroin addicts during the different stages of detoxification. Methods:There were 219 heroin addicts recruited from the compulsory detoxification center, were divided into four periods(acute detoxification period, detoxification consolidate period, detoxification rehabilitation period, return to society period) according to the different stages of detoxification. Addicts in the same period were randomly divided into detoxification control group and detoxification massage group. Detoxification massage groups were given interventions through the acupuncture point massage for 12 weeks and detoxification control group not. Serum Lp, GH and AC levels of all the subjects were detected before intervention, 8 weeks and 12 weeks after intervention. Then the serological results of all the subjects in each detoxification period were statistically compared with those of the normal control group. The serum levels of the three indicators after intervention of detoxification massage group were statistically compared with those of detoxification control group. Results:Before receiving intervention, the serum LP level of heroin addicts in detoxification consolidate period(male) was significantly higher than those in healthy controls(P<0.05), GH of heroin addicts in detoxification rehabilitation period(female) and return to society period(male) were significantly higher than those in healthy controls(P<0.05), and AC of heroin addicts in all periods were significantly higher than those in healthy controls(P<0.05). After 8 weeks of intervention, LP of detoxification massage group in acute detoxification period(female) was significantly lower than those in detoxification control group(P<0.05). After 12 weeks of intervention, LP of detoxification massage group in detoxification rehabilitation period(female), detoxification consolidate period(male) and detoxification rehabilitation period(male) were significantly lower than those in each detoxification control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture point massage can reduce the serum LP level of heroin addicts in detoxification, which suggests acupuncture point massage has a positive effect on detoxification.
