白术多糖对环磷酰胺诱导的免疫抑制小鼠白细胞数量及功能的修复作用 被引量:17

摘要 为研究白术多糖对环磷酰胺诱导免疫抑制小鼠白细胞数量和功能的修复作用,本试验灌胃白术多糖溶液[200 mg/(kg·bw)]分别处理正常及环磷酰胺[80 mg/(kg·bw)]诱导的免疫抑制小鼠,计算小鼠白细胞相对数量及比例;观察胸腺、脾脏及股骨骨髓组织结构;检测中性粒细胞吞噬功能、血清中IL-2含量及脾脏中B淋巴细胞分泌抗体能力。结果显示,白术多糖能显著提升免疫抑制小鼠白细胞数量,修复胸腺、脾脏和骨髓组织及细胞的损伤,增强中性粒细胞吞噬能力及T、B淋巴细胞功能(P<0.05),并可明显提高正常小鼠血清IL-2含量及B淋巴细胞分泌抗体量(P<0.05)。表明白术多糖不仅对免疫抑制小鼠的白细胞数量及功能有明显的正向促进作用,还能够显著提高正常小鼠的淋巴细胞功能。 This research mainly focused the repair effect of polysaccharide of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz(PAMK)on the number and function of white blood cells of immunosuppressive mice induced by Cyclophosphamide(CTX).Both normal and CTX-induced immunosuppressive mice were treated with PAMK[200 mg/(kg·bw)]by gavage and the relative number and proportion of white blood cells of mice were calculated.The tissue structure of thymus,spleen and femur bone marrow were observed.The phagocytic function of neutrophils,IL-2 content in serum and antibody secretion ability of B lymphocytes in spleen were detected.The results showed that PAMK significantly improved the number of white blood cells in immunosuppressive mice induced by CTX,and repaired the damage of cells in thymus,slpeen,bone marrow.PAMK improved the phagocytosis of neutrophil and the function of T and B lymphocyte(P<0.05),and also significantly increased the IL-2 content in serum and B cell antibody secretion in mice(P<0.05).The results indicate that PAMK not only significantly increased the number and function of white blood cells of immunosuppressive mice induced by CTX,but also remarkably enhanced the function of lymphocytes in normal mice.
