超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定化妆品中9种荧光增白剂 被引量:7

Determination of nine fluorescent brightener in cosmetics by ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry

摘要 目的建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定化妆品中FWA184、FWA378、FWA393、FWA28、FWA71等9种荧光增白剂。方法色谱柱为ACQUITY UPLC BEH-C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),流动相A为5 mmol/L的乙酸铵溶液(含0.02%氨水),流动相B为乙腈,正离子模式下采用等度洗脱,流量为0.3 ml/min,负离子模式下采用梯度洗脱,流量为0.2 ml/min;正负离子扫描,扫描方式为MRM。结果该方法有良好的线性关系,相关系数>0.9990,在典型化妆品基质中,不同添加水平下方法的平均回收率为82.5%~99.9%,相对标准偏差≤0.97%,检出限≤20 mg/kg。结论本法简便、快速、准确,可用于化妆品中FWA184、FWA378、FWA393、FWA28、FWA71等9种荧光增白剂的测定。 Objective A sensitive ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)method was established for the determination of nine fluorescent whitening agents(FWA184,FWA378,FWA393,FWA28,FWA 71)in cosmetics.Methods ACQUITY UPLC BEH-C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7 m)was used as the mobile phase.Mobile phase A was 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution(0.02%ammonia water)and mobile phase B was acetonitrile.Equal elution was used as the mobile phase in the positive mode with a flow rate of 0.3 ml/min and gradient elution was used in the negative mode with a flow rate of 0.2 ml/min.Positive and negative ion scanning was conducted in MRM scanning.Results The method showed a good linearity(r>0.9990)for all analytes in their respective concentration ranges.The average recoveries of analytes from the negative samples spiked at different concentrations were within 82.5%-99.9%.The RSD were≤0.97%,and the LOQ were≤20 mg/kg.Conclusion The developed method was proved simple,rapid and accurate.This method was successfully applied to analyze nine fluorescent whitening agents including FWA184,FWA378,FWA393,FWA28,FWA71.
