摘要
目的调查德阳市农村水厂工作人员对饮用水卫生知识的认知情况,提升工作人员卫生知识。方法通过现场调查和微信调查的方式,调查水厂工作人员对饮用水卫生知识的需求与运用、获取途径、基础知识掌握情况等,采用t检验和卡方检验进行统计分析。结果水厂工作人员最近1年内向他人咨询水质问题人均2.31次,被他人咨询人均2.21次;乡镇水厂工作人员获取知识途径人均2.5条,村级供水站获取知识途径人均1.8条,差异有统计学意义(t=4.002,P<0.05);60%的工作人员不了解《生活饮用水卫生标准》,且村级供水站人员比例明显高于乡镇级水厂人员(χ^2=17.19,P<0.01);43%的人员选择应持续消毒饮用水,乡镇级水厂和村级供水站人员认知差异有统计学意义(χ^2=63.74,P<0.01)。结论德阳市农村水厂工作人员有获取饮用水卫生知识的必要性,获取知识的途径较少,基础知识薄弱,可从提高工作人员受教育水平、建立主动培训机制、合理制定培训计划等方面加以改进。
Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the cognition of drinking water sanitation knowledge among the staff in rural waterworks in Deyang City,and to provide suggestions to help the staff improving their sanitation knowledge.Methods Through on-site investigation and WeChat survey,we inquired the water plant staff's requirement and application of drinking water sanitation knowledge,also their access ways and mastery of the basic knowledge.t test and Chi-square test were used for statistical analysis.Results Last year,the water plant staff consulted other people 2.31 times per capita and were consulted 2.21 times per person.The average knowledge access ways were 2.5 for the staff in the township,and for the village level,the average was 1.8.The difference was statistically significant(t=4.002,P<0.05);60%of the staff did not know the Sanitary Standard of Drinking Water,and the number of the staff in the village water supply station was significantly higher than the in the township water plant(χ^2=17.19,P<0.01);43%of the staff chose to continuously disinfect the drinking water,and there was statistical significance on the difference between the cognition of the staff in the township water plant and the village water supply station(χ^2=63.74,P<0.01).Conclusion It is necessary for the staff of rural water plant to gain knowledge of the drinking water sanitation in Deyang City.There are few ways to acquire the knowledge and the staff's basic knowledge is weak.These situations can be improved by improving the staff education level,establishing the active training mechanism and developing the reasonably training program.
