内镜下双平面腋路假体隆乳术的临床应用研究

Clinical application of endoscopic double plane axillary augmentation

目的探讨内镜下双平面腋路假体隆乳术的临床应用效果。方法选择2018年10月至2019年10月于我院行内镜下双平面腋路假体隆乳术患者49例作为观察组,另选择2017年10月至2018年10月于我院行经腋路传统盲视假体隆乳术患者49例作为对照组。比较两组乳房形态、并发症及满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组乳房形态总优良率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组并发症发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组总满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论假体隆胸患者采用内镜下双平面腋路假体隆乳术可获取良好的乳房形态,术后并发症较少,患者满意度更高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic double plane axillary augmentation.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,49 patients with double plane axillary prosthesis mammoplasty in Zhengzhou Jimei Beauty Hospital were selected as the observation group,and 49 patients with traditional blind prosthesis mammoplasty in Zhengzhou Jimei Beauty Hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the control group.The breast shape,complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total excellent rate of breast shape in the observation group was higher,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total satisfaction of the observation group was higher,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Double plane axillary prosthesis breast augmentation under endoscopy can obtain good breast shape,less postoperative complications and higher patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
