补充维生素A、D、E对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖、血脂相关指标的影响 被引量:5

Effect of vitamin A,D and E supplementation on serum glucose and lipid related indexes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的探讨补充维生素A、D、E对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖、血脂相关指标的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年4月于东莞市高埗医院首次确诊的100例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组50例。对照组仅予以饮食、运动干预,研究组在饮食、运动干预基础上补充维生素A、D、E。记录两组治疗前后血糖[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(中餐,2 h PG)、空腹血胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMAIR)、定量胰岛素敏感性检查指数(QUICKI)]、血脂[血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)]相关指标的变化情况。结果治疗前,两组FINS、FPG、2hPG、HOMA-IR、QUICKI水平比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FINS、FPG、2hPG、HOMA-IR水平均较治疗前有所下降,两组QUICKI水平显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组上述指标变化幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组妊娠期糖尿病患者TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、VLDL-C水平比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组TC、TG、LDL-C、VLDL-C水平均较治疗前有所下降,两组HDL-C水平较治疗前显著提高(P<0.05),研究组治疗后上述血脂指标改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论及时补充维生素A、D、E有利于妊娠期糖尿病患者获得更优的血糖及血脂控制效果,对保障母婴安全具有积极意义。 Objective To investigate the effect of vitamin A,D,E supplementation on serum glucose and lipid related indexes in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods From January 2019 to April 2020,100 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)diagnosed in Dongguan Gaobu Hospital for the first time were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was only given diet and exercise intervention,while the study group was supplemented with vitamin A,D and E on the basis of diet and exercise intervention.The fasting blood glucose(FPG)and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(Chinese food,2 h)were recorded before and after treatment.The changes of PG,fins,HOMA-IR,QUICKI,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and VLDL-C were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of fins,FPG,2hPG,HOMA-IR and QUICKI between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of fins,FPG,2hPG and HOMA-IR in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and the levels of QUICKI in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).After treatment,the changes of the above indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C and VLDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and VLDL-C in the two groups were decreased,and the HDL-C level in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement effect of the above lipid indexes in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Timely supplementation of vitamins A,D,and E is beneficial for patients with gestational diabetes to obtain better blood glucose and blood lipid control,and is of positive significance for ensuring the safety of mothers and babies.
