温度控制器矫正和检查的一体化设备方案研究

摘要 温度控制器在生产过程中,产品自身温度参数的矫正与检查是非常重要的一个环节,探讨一种实现温控器自动矫正与检查的设备一体化方案。方案实施过程中,热电偶冷端信号补偿和热电阻信号补偿是温度控制器生产中重要的环节,热电偶信号从热端到冷端,热电阻信号从测试端到处理端,中间线路产生的误差是否进行了合理解决,直接影响温度控制器矫正检查设备一体化方案的实施。经过尝试,热电偶信号补偿采用热敏电阻测量冷端温度补偿法,热电阻信号补偿采用阻抗测试软件补偿法,可以合理地解决自动矫正检查设备在这两个环节中产生的误差。 In the production process of the temperature controller, the correction and inspection of the temperature parameters of the product is very important. In this paper, an integrated scheme of realizing automatic correction and inspection of temperature controller is discussed. In the implementation progress, the thermocouple cold junction compensation signal and thermal resistance signal compensation are important. Issues including thermocouple signal from the hot end to the cold end,thermal resistance signal from test end to process end and the reasonable solution on middle line errors directly affect the implementation of the integrated correction and inspection instrument for the temperature controller. After trials, thermocouple signal compensation adopts thermistor measuring cold end temperature compensation method, and thermistor signal compensation adopts impedance test software compensation method, which can reasonably solve the errors generated in these two procedures of the automatic correction and inspection equipment.
