九一八事变前后日本海军内部争端研究

日本发动九一八事变时,日本海军内部的“条约派”与“舰队派”针对是否出兵协助日本陆军问题产生了分歧。“大角人事”之后“舰队派”逐渐掌控了海军的主导权,日本海军开始出兵协助日本陆军攻击东北军和抗日部队。日本海军在九一八事变后,除发动一·二八事变以外,在中国东北地区和渤海沿岸地区针对中国军队也发动了一系列军事行动。日本海军从九一八事变开始,由利用外交手段处理对外事务向利用军事手段处理对外事务转变。这也是日本海军不想让日本陆军单独进行侵华作战的一种具体表现。

When Japan launched the“September 18th Incident”,the“Treaty Faction”and“Fleet Faction”of the Japanese Navy had different opinions on whether to send troops to assist the Japanese army.After the“big horn personnel”,the“Fleet Faction”gradually controlled the dominant power of the Navy,and the Japanese Navy began to send troops to assist the Japanese army in attacking the Northeast Army and the Anti Japanese forces.After the“September 18th Incident”,the Japanese navy launched some military operations against the Chinese army in Northeast China and Bohai Sea coastal areas,in addition to launching the“incident of January 28”.Since the“September 18th Incident”,the Japanese Navy has changed from handling foreign affairs by diplomatic means to handling foreign affairs by military means.This is also a concrete manifestation of the fact that the Japanese Navy does not want the Japanese army to carry out the war of invading China alone.
