电网旋转机械负荷非稳态工况下在线监测技术

摘要 旋转机械负荷在电网消费侧负载中占有相当大的比重,大容量机械负荷故障导致的电网波动威胁到电网的安全稳定运行,甚至会诱发大规模的脱网停电事故。传统的对旋转机械装置的在线监测是在稳态工况下进行的,即恒速恒负载的特殊工况,而在现实工况下,非稳态的变速变负载工况更为常见。对此提出了基于阶次分析算法的非稳态工况下旋转机械负荷在线监测技术,拓展了在线监测技术的应用范围。 The load of rotating machinery occupies a considerable proportion in the consumption side load of power grid.The power grid fluctuation caused by large capacity mechanical load fault threatens the safe and stable operation of power grid,and even induces large-scale off grid blackout accidents.The traditional on-line monitoring of rotating machinery is carried out under the steady-state condition,that is,the special working condition of constant speed and constant load.However,in the real industrial conditions,the unsteady variable speed and variable load conditions are more common.The on-line monitoring technology of rotating machinery load under unsteady conditions based on order analysis algorithm was proposed,which expanded the application range of on-line monitoring technology.
